Upvc Brown (Light Golden Oak) Front Door
High quality UPVC/PVCU Front Door with Sidelight in Brown (Golden Oak).
The sidelight is not attached, so can be removed to the other side of the door, or just not used at all.
Not sure on the exact age of this door, but it looks modern and is in near mint condition, so had little use.
Would cost around £1,200.00 if you were to order new direct.
Carefully Removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/very clean condition on both sides- looks near mint condition.
- Residual mastic around the frame which could be removed, but will be concealed with trim when the door is installed.
Security
- 5 point locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
- Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over.
Sidelight/Window
- There is one sidelight of width 72.80cm which can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 85.80cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, tinted, toughened with metal gold spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is woodgrain Brown (Golden Oak), with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching Gold Chrome furniture.
