uPVC Front Door with a Woodgrain (Mahogany) finish.
Would cost around £800 if you were to order bespoke direct.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Panel cracked in 8 places, but could easily be replaced. The frame and locking system are all in perfect working order.
- Glazing on the panel is slightly peeling away but can be easily resealed with silicone (see photos).
Security
- 5 point ‘DGS’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 ‘Yale’ keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is 20mm/24mm double glazed, distorted, toughened with metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- Distorted leaded glass pattern externally.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is woodgrain Brown Mahogany, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Gold and the colour of the hinges is Brown.
