We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.

Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/very clean condition on both sides.
- Screw holes on the external frame from the previous doorbell. These could be filled or covered with a new replacement doorbell.
- Some small cracks on the external side (see photos) – these could easily be filled and touched up to be made less visible.
- Sill end caps missing, however these can be purchased online or from a local merchant at a low expense.
Security
- 7 point locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is double glazed, distorted, toughened with metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- Distorted glass with a decorative patterned texture.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is Woodgrain Brown (Rosewood – close to Mahogany), with a matching frame either side.
- The handles are Gold and the hinges are Black.
