Upvc White Front Door
High quality uPVC / PVCu Front Door.
Would cost around £1,000 if you were to order bespoke direct.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/very clean condition both sides.
- Screw holes on both sides of the frame from the previous doorbell and alarm system (see photos) – these could be filled, or covered with new replacement furniture.
- Paint flaking on the external handle, however this could be easily touched up and made less visible or replaced altogether.
- External side of the panel is slightly discoloured – this is purely cosmetic and has not effected the quality of the door whatsoever.
MISSING PARTS
- External letterbox cover and Drain cap cover missing (see photos), however these are available to purchase online or from your local merchant at a small expense.
Security
- 3 point locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 key.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is 20 mm thick double glazed, distorted, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- Distorted glass with a decorative texture.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching White coloured furniture.
