UPVC White Front Door
uPVC Front Door.
Would cost around £800 if you were to order new direct.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Very clean/excellent condition both sides.
- Letterbox covers are missing, but these can be purchased online at a small expense.
- Screw holes on the frame and door from the previous doorbell and other furniture. These could easily be filled, or hidden with a new replacement doorbell.
Security
- 5 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is 20mm/ 24mm double glazed, distorted, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- Distorted glass with a decorative texture.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching White coloured furniture.
