We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer. -We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.

Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be installed.
Condition
• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Great condition both sides, odd minor little dirt mark/ bit of paint at the top, but would come off with some strong cleaner.
-Light scratches on the handle, but can easily be replaced.

Security
• 3 point ‘Roto’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 key.
Opening
• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
• Glazing is thick 20mm double glazed, distorted, toughened with white warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Has Georgian Bars internally inside the glazing. These cannot be removed.
Colour
• The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Gold and the colour of the hinges is White.
