Brand new, never installed.
Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.

Security

4 point locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
There are no keys for the window, but can still be locked shut from the inside. You can order a new handle/s online for £5 posted which would come with keys.

Opening

Externally opening windows – see photos.

Glazing

The glazing is 44mm triple glazed, clear, toughened with metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
