High quality UPVC Back/Stable Door with Toplight, bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Liniar’.
Would cost around £2,000 if you were to order new direct.
Top light can be removed if you don’t require it, but it will ship when ordered.
CONDITION
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
SECURITY
- 5 point ‘GU’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 ‘ERA’ keys.
OPENING
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
TOPLIGHT
- The toplight/window can be cut off, leaving just the door frame height of 189cm.
GLAZING
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, distorted, toughened with metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- Distorted glass with a decorative leaf pattern.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
COLOUR
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a Black frame externally and a Black frame internally.
- The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is White.
