uPVC Casement Window in Woodgrain Brown (Rosewood), bespoke made to a high quality.
Would cost around £400 if you were to order bespoke direct.
We are not sure on the exact age of this product, but it’s modern, in excellent condition, and has seen little use.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Very small scuff on the exterior side (see photos) which could be easily touched up.
Security
- 5 point locking system (including top and bottom corners) making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 key.
Opening
- Externally opening windows – see photos.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally is Woodgrain Brown (Rosewood) and internally is White, with a matching frame on both sides.
- The colour of the handles is Gold Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
