uPVC Fixed Window in woodgrain Chartwell Green, bespoke made to a high quality by a professional joinery company.
Would cost around £500 if you were to order bespoke direct.

Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Slight crack on one side of the beading (see last photo) – replacement beading can be purchased online for a low expense.
- Marks around the edges of the frame from the previous installation – these will be concealed with trim when the window is installed again.
- Two light marks on the exterior side which could be easily touched up (see photos).
- Sill end caps missing, which can also be purchased online for a small expense.
Opening
- Window is fixed and does not open.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally is woodgrain Chartwell Green and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
