CONDITION
- Brand new, never installed.
- Excellent/very clean condition on both sides.
- Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
- Sill end cap is missing, however these can be purchased online at a low expense.
- Sold as new without handles, which can also be bought online for a low expense.
SECURITY
- Has bolt locks on the inside for extra security.
- 4 point ‘Elite’ locking system making it very secure.
OPENING
- Externally opening windows – see photos.
GLAZING
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, Laminated with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
COLOUR
- The colour externally is woodgrain Cream and internally is White, with a White frame externally and a Cream frame internally.

Item needs to be installed within 2 months and photos need to be given of the item fitted. We get all there details and fensa approved number, and then we will have fitters around the county thats able to install our items.
