• Brand new, never installed.
• Excellent/very clean condition on both sides.
• Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
• Sill end caps are missing, however these can be purchased online at a low expense.
• Sold as new without handles, which can also be bought online for a low expense.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, Laminated with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

Colour

• The colour externally is woodgrain Cream and internally is White, with a White frame externally and a Cream frame internally.
