uPVC Casement Window in woodgrain Chartwell Green, bespoke made to a high quality by a professional joinery company.
Would cost around £400 if you were to order bespoke direct.
We are not sure on the exact age of this product, but its modern, in excellent condition, and has seen little use.

Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Odd light marks in a few places which are purely cosmetic and could be touched up or repainted.
- Paint marks on the sill (see photos) which could be removed with a solvent cleaner.
- Light scratches on the frame which could be touched up or hidden with trim when the window is installed (see photos).
- Sill end caps missing, which can be purchased online for a small expense.
Security
- 4 point ‘Roto’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 key.
Opening
- Externally opening windows – see photos.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally is woodgrain Chartwell Green and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Gold and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
