uPVC Chartwell Green Casement Window

uPVC Casement Window in Chartwell Green, bespoke made to a high quality by a professional joinery company.
Would cost around £1,000 if you were to order bespoke direct.
We are not sure on the exact age of this product, but its modern, in excellent condition, and has seen little use.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/very clean condition both sides.
- There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
- Slight dent on beading. This is purely cosmetic, and replacement beading can be purchased online for a small expense.
- The sill may need to be cut to size and there are no sill end caps – these can also be bought cheaply online.
Opening
- Externally opening windows – see photos.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally is woodgrain Green Chartwell and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Gold.
