Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be installed.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/very clean condition both sides.
• There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
• Paint chips on sash window. Defects are only cosmetic and do not effect the operation of the product at all. 
• Missing sill end caps.

Security

• 8 point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 key.

Opening

• Externally opening windows – see photos.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

• The colour externally is woodgrain Green Chartwell and internally is Gloss White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Gold.
