Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Excellent/very clean condition on both sides.
• Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.

Security

• 4 point ‘Maco’ locking system making it very secure.
• Keys are not required for this window as it can be securely locked shut by turning the handle.

Opening

• Externally opening windows – see photos.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
• Has Georgian Bars externally & internally inside the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace the glazing entirely – please contact us for a quote.

Colour

• The colour externally is woodgrain Cream and internally is Woodgrain White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
