uPVC Casement Window in woodgrain Brown (Mahogany), bespoke made to a high quality by a professional joinery company.

Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/very clean condition on both sides.
- Light marks on sill and the frame which may come off with solvent cleaner.
- No sill end caps, which can be purchased online for a small expense.
Security
- Multipoint point locking system making it very secure.
- This window has no keys, but can be locked shut using the child safety latch handles. Replacement handles complete with keys can be bought online for a small expense.
Opening
- Externally opening windows – see photos.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is woodgrain Brown (Mahogany), with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Gold and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
