uPVC Brown (Mahogany) Casement Window
uPVC Casement window in woodgrain Brown (Mahogany), bespoke made to a high quality by a professional joinery company.
Would cost around £600 if you were to order bespoke direct.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- There is one visible crack in a pane of glass – contact us if you would like an estimate to replace this.
- Light marks around the frame which will come off with solvent cleaner and may be hidden with trim when the window is installed again.
Security
- Multipoint point locking system making it very secure.
- This item comes with no keys but can be locked shut using the child safety latch handle. Replacement handles complete with keys can be purchased online for a small expense.
Opening
- Externally opening windows – see photos.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
- Leaded bars stuck externally to the glazing.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is woodgrain Brown (Mahogany), with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Gold and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
