Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Marks on sill and the marks on the side of the frame from previous installation these may come off with strong cleaner – see photos.
- No Sill end caps.
Security
- Multipoint point locking system making it very secure.
- This item has no keys, handles can be changed for a low fee which will come with a new set of keys.
Opening
- Externally opening windows – see photos.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is woodgrain Brown (mahogany), with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Gold and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
