Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Paint chips on external side but these can be easily touched up.
• Screw holes on the internal side from previously hung blinds. These could be filled or covered with new replacement blinds.
• The missing pane of glazing has been replaced and will come along with the window (not pictured).
• Sill end caps missing, which can be purchased online for a small expense.
• Top sash window handle is broken but is also easily replaced online at a low cost.
• Marks around the edge from the previous installation which would be covered with trim when the window is installed again.

Security

• 12 point ‘Roto’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 key.

Opening

• Externally opening windows – see photos.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

• The colour externally is woodgrain Chartwell Green and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Gold and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
