uPVC Chartwell Green Casement Window
uPVC Casement Window in Chartwell Green, bespoke made to a high quality by a professional joinery company.
Would cost around £1,500 if you were to order bespoke direct.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Paint chips on external side but these can be easily touched up.
- Screw holes on the internal side from previously hung blinds. These could be filled or covered with new replacement blinds.
- The missing pane of glazing has been replaced and will come along with the window (not pictured).
- Sill end caps missing, which can be purchased online for a small expense.
- Top sash window handle is broken but is also easily replaced online at a low cost.
- Marks around the edge from the previous installation which would be covered with trim when the window is installed again.
Security
- 12 point ‘Roto’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 key.
Opening
- Externally opening windows – see photos.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally is woodgrain Chartwell Green and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Gold and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
