uPVC Casement Window, bespoke made to a high quality by a professional joinery company.
Would cost around £600 if you were to order bespoke direct.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/very clean condition both sides.
- One piece of beading missing (please see last photo for end-profile) – replacement beading can be purchased online at a small expense.
Security
- 4 point locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
- There are no keys with this item, however it can be locked shut by turning the handle. New handles complete with keys can be purchased online at a small expense.
Opening
- Externally opening windows – see photos.
Glazing
- Glazing is 20mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is White.
