uPVC White Casement Window
uPVC Casement Window in White, bespoke made to a high quality.
Would cost around £600 if you were to order bespoke direct.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Odd faint / light marks in places, – overall it is in good condition on both sides.
- There are two small screw holes on the internal side of the window from previously hung blinds – these could easily be filled, or covered with new replacement blinds.
- Window handles are slightly discoloured, however replacement handles can be purchased online for a low expense.
- PLEASE NOTE: This window is externally beaded.
Security
- 4 point locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 key slightly rusted.
Opening
- Externally opening windows – see photos.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is White and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
