Upvc White Casement Window
High quality uPVC / PVCu Casement Window.
Would cost around £250 if you were to order new direct.
Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be installed.
Condition
• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• There is some damage to the item which may need to be repaired.
Missing Parts/Defects
• Bottom left corner of the frame is cracked all the way through, we have placed two corner brackets on this and once installed should cause no issues.
• Edge of the window frame cracked off in the bottom right hand corner internally – you could place a large bit of trim to cover this.
• Paint is flaking on the handle internally but these are easily replaced.

Security
• Multipoint point ‘Maco’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 ‘Yale’ key.
Opening
• Externally opening windows – see photos.
Glazing
• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, distorted, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Has leaded diamond design externally.
Colour
• The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.
The colour of the handles is White and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
