Upvc White Casement Window
High quality uPVC / PVCu Casement Window.
Would cost around £250 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable.
• There is some damage to the item which may need to be repaired.
Missing Parts/Defects
The frame is cracked on both sides below opening window, these have been fixed by metal plates on both sides and should not effect the operation of the window at all.
Small chip out of the internal bottom corner of the frame however this will be covered with trim when installed.
One piece of beading has been replaced but it is not identical to the others.
Please see last photo(s) relating to the defects.
Security
• Multipoint point ‘Maco’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 key.
Opening
• Externally opening windows – see photos.
Glazing
• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, distorted, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Has leaded pattern design externally on the glazing.
Colour
• The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching White coloured furniture.
