Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Small screw holes in the top corners of the frame, these could be covered with trim or filled.

Security

• Multipoint point locking system making it very secure.
• There are no keys for the window, but can still be locked shut from the inside. You can order a new lock online which would come with keys.

Opening

• Operates via springs.
• Both windows slide up and down as well as tilt inwards. To aid the top window to slide down you may want to install the ‘O’ hooks to the top of the window.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is White and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
