Condition
- As new, was part installed and removed the same day.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- The flashing kit is missing. However, these can be purchased online and installed by your fitter along with the skylight.
Opening
- Window is fixed and does not open.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- Slightly tinted (Helps to regulate a buildings temperature, increases privacy and offers sun protection).
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is Black, however flashing kits are available online in a variety of colours.
