Upvc White Patio/Sliding Doors
The height of these doors with the toplight is: 229.80cm

Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Great condition both sides.
- Two cosmetic screw holes on top of the top light, but these can easily be filled- see last photos.
Security
- 6 point locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 key.
Opening
- The opening door is on the left and slides to the right, when viewing from the outside. The other pane is fixed and does not move.
Toplight
- Just the toplight / window is 32.8cm in height and can be removed if required.
- This would leave just the door frame height of 197cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles are White.
