Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• A slight yellowish tint to one of the door handles and a paint flake to the other handle externally, however these can either be touched up or be replaced at a low expense.
• Missing sill end caps, however these can be purchased online at a low expense.

Security

• High quality 4 point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 ‘ISEO’ key.

Opening

• Main traffic door opens on the middle Left when viewing from the outside.
• Both doors in the middle opens away from each other. The side panes are fixed and do not move.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28 mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is White.
