There is no glazing with these doors, but we can order it in for an additional cost – please see glazing section below for further information.

Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• 1 piece of trim for the main traffic door is missing, however this is only cosmetic and therefore not crucial to the installation or operation of the doors. New trim can be purchased online for a low expense and fitted easily.
• Door-stopper is also missing. This can also be purchased online for a low expense and fitted easily.

Security

• 6 point ‘Yale’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• The opening door is on the right and slides to the left, when viewing from the outside. The other door is fixed and does not move.

Glazing

• There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £395 total inc VAT.
  Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
  Glass will pass building regulations.
