Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Clean condition both sides.
• Missing sill end caps.

Security

• 4 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 key.

Opening

• The doors open from the middle both ways, when viewing from the outside. The other sidelights (2 each side) are fixed and do not move.

Sidelight / Window

• There are two sidelights of equal width that are detachable. Each sidelight is 79.5cm in width.
• Just the frame width is 408cm.
• The width with just one sidelight is 487.5cm.
• The sidelights next to the moving doors are part of the main frame.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal white spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• We have replaced a door glass but have not been able to match the tint of the other panes so it is a different colour.

Colour

• The colour externally is White and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is White.
