Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Light marks on bottom external door also on the hinges these can be removed with a strong cleaner – see in photos.
- Screw holes on the top internal door these can be filled and touched up, see in photos.
Defects
- There is condensation occurring inside the double glazed unit- we can order a replacement pane for £55 total including VAT. This glazing would be clear, metal silver spacer bar, toughened, Low-E filled, and would pass building regulations.
- We can order other glazing types at an additional cost (leaded, frosted, distorted, etc), please contact us for more information.
Security
- 5 point locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 key.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- Has leaded Georgian Bars stuck externally on the glazing, these cannot be remove so if you wanted clear glass then you would need to replace the glass pane.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching White coloured furniture.

We get all there details and fensa approved number, and then we will have fitters around the county thats able to install our items.
