uPVC Stable Door, bespoke made to the highest quality.
Would cost around £1,500.00 if you were to order new direct.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Comes with new black handles (not shown in photos)
- This item has a cat flap, if you want to remove this you will need to replace the bottom panel.
- Slight chip in the uPVC on one edge (see photos) which is purely cosmetic and does not affect the operation or integrity of the doors.
- There is a crack in the cat flap (see photos), however, it still operates as normal. Replacement cat flaps can be purchased online and are easy to install. Alternatively, if you do not require the cat flap, the bottom panel could be replaced entirely by your fitter.
Security
- 5 point ‘GU’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
- The top and bottom halves of the door operate independently of one another, allowing multiple combinations.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, distorted, black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Black and the colour of the hinges is White.
