Upvc White Back Door
uPVC White Half-Panel Back Door.
Would cost around £800 if you were to order bespoke direct.
Carefully removed by professional installers.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/very clean condition on both sides.
- Internal rubber gasket is brittle from weathering, but these can be purchased online at a small expense.
- Small scratches on both handles – these could be easily touched up and do not effect the operation of the door.
- Screw holes on internal door left from previous blinds, these can be filled or covered with new replacement blinds.
- Rain sill is slightly curved (see photos) and its end caps are missing, however these can all be purchased online at a low expense.
Security
- 5 point ‘Roto’ locking system making it very secure.
- Has a new barrel and comes with 3 ‘Yale’ keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
- Slightly tinted (Helps to regulate a buildings temperature, increases privacy and offers sun protection).
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching White coloured furniture.
