Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- The missing glazing has been ordered and will arrive with the item on delivery, ready to be installed by your fitter.
- Light cosmetic scratches, see in photos.
- 1 of the locking strips does not function fully and may need to be adjusted or replaced by your fitter.
- 4 screw holes holes on the internal side which could be easily filled. See in photos.
- Internal trickle vent is missing, however, these can be bought online and easily fitted, see in photos.
Security
- Multipoint locking system making it very secure.
- There are no keys for the window. You can order new handles online which would come with keys.
Opening
- Externally opening windows – see photos.
Glazing
- Glazing is 20mm thick double glazed, clear, metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- Has Georgian Bars internally inside the glazing. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching White coloured furniture.
