Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim by your fitter when installed.

Opening

• Window is fixed and does not open.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• Has leaded diamond design externally & internally inside the glazing, giving a high quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you require completely clear glass you would need to replace the glazing entirely.
• There is no condensation occurring between the panes.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White.
