Upvc White French Doors
uPVC French Doors.
Would cost around £2,000.00 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Marks in multiple places including the door handle these can be touched up.
- 2 small screw holes on the frame these are only cosmetic defects and do not effect the operation of the door.
- Drain cap covers missing.
Defects
- There is condensation occurring inside three of the double glazed units- we can order a replacement pane(s) for £250 total including VAT.
Security
- 3 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 keys.
Opening
- Internally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.
Glazing
- There is glazing with this item but 3 panes have condensation in. We can order 3 new panes in at a cost of £250.00 total inc VAT, this will take 7 days to be delivered to us.
- Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
- Glass will pass building regulations.
