Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent clean condition both sides.
• The leaded bars have peeled slightly in two places (see photos) – this can be easily fixed with adhesive, or the lead can be replaced by a competent glazier if desired.
• New sill end caps will be included with the doors.

Security

• 5 point ‘Roto’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 6 ‘Yale’ keys.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Sidelight / Window

• There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 59.5cm in width.
• Just the frame width is 119.8cm.
• The width with just one sidelight is 179.3cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
• Has leaded Georgian Bars externally sand internally on the glazing. These can’t be removed, so if you wanted clear glass you would need to replace all the panes. We can order new glass for a total of £345 total including VAT for all panes.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching White coloured furniture.
