REHAU windows and doors are tested to the highest security standard giving you an added level of security to your home and family.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable. Overall still its in excellent condition both sides.
• There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
• Some marks on the edges of the frame and sill from the previous installation, however these will be concealed when installed again.
• Small crack to the top of the interior side of the frame (see photos) – this could be easily filled.
• Scuff on the edge of the sill (see photos) – this could be easily touched up.

Security

• 7 point ‘Yale’ locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
• Comes with 6 ‘Yale’ keys.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Sidelight / Window

• There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 27cm in width.
• The sidelights can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 186cm.
• If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 213cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with grey warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The handles are Silver and the hinges are White.
