Condition

• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• This window was installed for 2 month then removed by professional installers so has had next to no use and looks as new.
• One small chip on the side of the side of the frame will not be seen once fitted.
• Excess glue on the top of the frame from previous trim this can be covered by new trim for a low expense.

Security

• 6 point locking system making it very secure.
• There are no keys for the window, but can still be locked shut from the inside. You can order a new handle/s online for £5 posted which would come with keys.

Opening

• Externally opening windows – see photos.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with white warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is White and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
