Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
- There is a crack on the top of the frame that is visible on both external and internal side – please see last photo. A competent fitter may be able to rectify this using silicone or another sealant.
- The key is rusted but still operates the lock as intended. New latches complete with keys can be purchased online and are easy to fit.
Security
- Has a latch lock in the centre making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 key.
Opening
- Both windows slide up and down as well as tilt internally.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching Chrome coloured furniture.
