BRFC Energy Rating – ‘A’. Windows and doors with an energy rating of 0 or higher (Ratings A to A++) are considered to be energy positive.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality windows at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.

Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
• Sill end caps are missing, however these can be purchased online at a low expense.

Security

• The window can only be locked from the inside using the handle along with the provided Allen-key.
• 1 ‘Yale’ key is provided for the sash stop.

Opening

• Operates via springs.
• Both window panes slide up/down and tilt inwardly (see photos).

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with white warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Has one Georgian Bar internally inside the pane, as well as externally on the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is woodgrain White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
