Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
• Window B has a missing key, however it can still be locked from the inside by turning the latch. New latches comes complete with keys and can be purchased online and are easy to fit.

Security

• Multipoint locking system making it very secure.
• Window A comes with 1 key.

Opening

• Both windows slide up and down as well as tilt internally (see photos).

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

Colour

• The colour externally is Black and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
