Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
• Light mark externally on a pane (see last photos), but is only cosmetic and is hardly noticeable.
• One of the sash window fastener lock is missing (see last photos), however, the window can still be locked shut from the inside using the other fastener. Matching replacement lock can be purchased online at a low expense.

• Multi-point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 key.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24 mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• Has Vertical Bars internally inside the glazing and also internally and externally on the glazing giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Gold Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
