Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Excellent, as-new condition on both sides.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Sill end caps are missing, however these can be purchased online at a low expense.

Security

• Multipoint ‘Sash Secure’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 ‘Yale’ key.

Opening

• Both window sections slide up/down, and the both tilt inwards (see photos).
• Operates via springs.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24 mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal white spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
• Slightly tinted (Helps to regulate a buildings temperature, increases privacy and offers sun protection).

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is woodgrain White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching Chrome coloured furniture.
