Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Missing sill end caps, however this can be purchased online at a low expense, and is easy to fit.
Security
- Sash latches are missing. However, these can be purchased online (complete with keys) and are easy to fit.
Opening
- Both windows slide up and down as well as tilt internally.
- Operates via springs.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching White coloured furniture.
