uPVC Casement Window bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Liniar’.

BFRC Energy Rating – ‘A’. Windows and doors with an energy rating of ‘0’ or higher (Ratings A to A++) are considered to be energy positive.

Would cost around £400.00 if you were to order new direct.

Condition

  • Brand New never been installed.
  • Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
  • Excellent / very clean condition both sides.
  • Light cosmetic marks on the external side (see photos) which could be easily touched up.

Security

  • 6 point ‘Yale’ locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
  • Comes with 1 key.

Opening

  • Externally opening windows – see photos.

Glazing

  • Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

Colour

  • The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
  • The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
