uPVC Casement Window bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Profine’.
Produced on the 26/10/2022 (see photos), and offers some of the latest security systems & energy efficiency ratings on the market.
Would cost around £1000.00 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Missing trickle vents and handles, however these can be purchased online and are easy to fit.
Security
- 4 point locking system making it very secure.
Opening
- Externally opening windows – see photos.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- Has Georgian Bars internally, externally & internally inside the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is Black, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the hinges is Silver.
