Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
• One beading is missing, however this can be purchased online at a low expense, and is easy to fit.
• Few light marks and paint chips in places (see photo), which is purely cosmetic and does not affect the integrity or operation of the product

Security

• High quality 2 point ‘DGS’ locking system making it very secure.
• There are no keys for the window, but can still be locked shut from the inside by turning the handle. You can order a new handle online for around £10 posted which would come with keys.

Opening

• Externally opening windows – see photos.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, distorted metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally is Black and internally is White, with a matching frame externally and White internally.
• The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
