uPVC Awning/Top Hung Casement Window, bespoke made to a high quality.
Produced on the 02/11/2020 (see photos), and offers some of the latest security systems & energy efficiency ratings on the market.
Would cost around £800.00 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
Security
- 6 point ‘Kenrick’ locking system making it very secure.
- There are no keys for the window, but can still be locked shut from the inside. You can order a new handle online for £5 posted which would come with keys.
Opening
- Externally Top Hung opening windows – see photos.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28 mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- Has Horizontal Georgian Bars internally inside the glazing and also internally and externally on the glazing giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units. We can order a new pane of glazing for £50 total including VAT.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is wood grain Chartwell Green, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
