• Was only installed in a showroom for 6-12 months.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.

Security

• 6 point ‘Kenrick’ locking system making it very secure.
• There are no keys for the window, but can still be locked shut from the inside. You can order a new handle online for £5 posted which would come with keys.

Opening

• Externally Top Hung opening windows – see photos.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28 mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• Has Horizontal Georgian Bars internally inside the glazing and also internally and externally on the glazing giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is wood grain Chartwell Green, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
