Condition

• As new, was part installed and removed the same day.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Sill end caps are missing, however these can be purchased online at a low expense and fitted easily.

Security

• 6 point ‘Maco’ locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
• There are no keys for the window, but can still be locked shut from the inside. You can order a new handle online for £5 posted which would come with keys.

Opening

• Externally top hung opening windows – see photos.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• Comes with fully operational Venetian Blinds in Grey – installed inside the glazing, between the panes (see photos).

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is woodgrain Light Grey, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
